Motorola is gearing to launch a new ‘premium’ device in India on June 20, and now the company has confirmed what’s in store. Motorola has taken to social media to tease the Motorola One Vision and its unusually tall 21:9 display with punch-hole design, seemingly confirming the product that we’re expecting on June 20. The Motorola One Vision was recently launched in Brazil and brings many a first to a Motorola-branded smartphone.

Not only is the Motorola One Vision Motorola’s first smartphone with a punch-hole design, it is also the first Motorola phone to have 21:9 ‘cinematic’ display. Not only is the Motorola One Vision Motorola’s first smartphone with a Samsung Exynos-based processor, it is also the first Motorola phone to ship with a 48MP main camera.

Speaking of core specs, the Motorola One Vision has a 6.3-inch 1080p+ LCD display and an octa-core Exynos 9609 processor paired with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage (expandable) under the hood. The dual-SIM phone runs stock Android Pie software and packs a 3,500mAh battery with 15W TurboPower fast charging. You also get stereo speakers with Dolby audio certification and Bluetooth 5.0 on this one.

On to the cameras, the Motorola One Vision has a dual rear camera system consisting of one 48MP primary sensor with f/1.7 aperture and OIS and another 5MP sensor for depth sensing. The phone supports Night Vision mode (which is Motorola’s take on Google’s Night Sight). On the front, the Motorola One Vision comes with a 25MP camera.

In terms of design, the Motorola One Vision comes with a 4D glass back with a conventional fingerprint scanner. There’s USB Type-C for charging and data syncing, and a 3.5mm audio jack for audio out. The phone is available in bronze and sapphire.

The Motorola One Vision sells in Europe at Euros 299 (roughly Rs 23,500). It would be interesting to see how Motorola prices the Motorola One Vision in India.
