Realme X2 now official with Snapdragon 730G, 30W fast charging 

Oppo spin-off brand Realme has launched the Realme X2 in China, which is basically the Realme XT with a faster processor inside as well as faster charging. There’s also an upgraded 32MP selfie camera on the Realme X2 – even as the Realme XT comes with a 16MP selfie shooter. Realme is expected to launch the Realme X2 in India as the Realme XT 730G in December. 

The Realme XT is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 processor. The Realme X2 comes with a more powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G processor. The Realme XT 730G will come with a more powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G processor. Elsewhere, the Realme X2 supports 30W VOOC flash charge while the Realme XT supports 20W flash charge. 

Realme X2 specs and features 

The Realme X2 comes with a 6.4-inch 1080p+ Super AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection and in-display fingerprint scanner. The phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G processor paired with up to 8GB RAM and up to 128GB storage which is also expandable. The dual-SIM Realme X2 runs Android 9 Pie-based ColorOS 6 software. The Realme X2 further packs a 4,000mAh battery with 30W fast charging. 

The Realme X2 comes with a four-camera setup on the rear. It has a 64MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, a 2MP depth camera, and a 2MP macro lens. On the front, the Realme X2 has a 32MP camera. 

Realme X2 price and availability 

Realme has launched the Realme X2 in China in two variants - 6GB/64GB and 8GB/128GB. Price starts at CNY 1,599 (roughly Rs 16,000) for the base variant with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage, going all the way to CNY 1,899 (roughly Rs 19,000) for the top-end variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The Realme X2 will be available for buying in two colours - Pearl White and Pearl Blue from September 27. 

Realme is likely to launch the Realme X2 as the Realme XT 730G in India in December.
