Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus, Galaxy LTE-A Users Can Now Check Out Android Pie Through LineageOS 16: Check Out

The LineageOS 16 CyanogenMod custom ROM that introduces Android 9.0 (Pie) firmware even on older smartphones is now available to the Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus as well as the Galaxy S5 LTE-A variants.

The LineageOS 16 CyanogenMod custom ROM that introduces Android 9.0 (Pie) firmware even on older smartphones is now available to the Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus as well as the Galaxy S5 LTE-A variants. USP of these builds is obviously their introduction of the newer firmware.

If you are a Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus, Galaxy S5 Plus LTE-A smartphones, then the LineageOS 16 for these handsets is available for download from here, and here as per XDA Developers. Before installing LineageOS 16, then it is worth noting that your handsets should be unlocked, with TWRP custom recovery installed. To install, it is desirable to have Lineage OS 15.1.
