At the Unpacked event 2019, Samsung has announced the 5G variant of the Galaxy S10 which makes it an early adapter of the next-gen networking connectivity standards. This announcements rights multiple earlier rumours that had hinted about the possibility of Samsung unveiling the 5G variant of the Galaxy S10.

The main USP of the 5G Galaxy S10 is its 6.7-inch AMOLED display and the 4100 mAh battery. The handset could also expand from being a mere prototype to an actual commercial smartphone as it it could go sale at an unknown point of time in 2019. Hence, the cynosure of eyes now is the Galaxy S10 5G edition.

Other key technical specifications of the smartphone includes the likes of the fast charging capabilities that should offer users preferring to download HD movies lots to cheer about.

In related Samsung updates, the Galaxy S10, S10+, Galaxy Fold also saw the light of the day. At this juncture, it is worth noting that all these smartphones would be available for purchase; rather than just being prototypes.
