With today’s announcement at an event in New Delhi, Huawei sent a clear message that it plans to stick around India’s premium smartphones segment, in addition to Honor. Previously, the company announced Huawei P20 and P20 Pro in India. Huawei Mate 20 Pro, along with the Mate 20 and Mate 20X, was initially unveiled last month at an event in London. Huawei Mate 20 will be up for grabs in India on Amazon starting midnight of December 3 for Prime customers and December 4 for regular customers. It should be worth pointing out that Huawei’s Hisilicon happens to be the world’s first commercial mobile processing chip fabricated using a 7nm process. Thanks to its processing hardware, the handset competes directly with the likes of Google Pixel 3, 3XL, Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus.

Apart from this, it also sports a 6.39-inch OLED display and a 4,200mAh battery under the hood.
