Xiaomi’s Manu Kumar Jain is credited to be the brain and man behind Xiaomi’s growth story in India, but in a new video, Jain also seemingly doubles up as a motivational speaker while he speaks about his first major challenge in life and about overcoming failures.

If you are a Xiaomi loyalists for their consumer technology products – smartphones, power banks, air purifiers, et al; a chunk of which are also easy on the pocket to won, you could now choose to look at finer points such as Jain’s journey to the top of Xiaomi and in the rise of the brand in India; rather than blindly following Xiaomi’s technology products, and Jain himself, follow leaders with value addition.
