Gurugram hit-and-run survivor Sia has challenged accused Kalyan Bainsla’s claim that the collision was accidental, saying CCTV footage shows his car chasing her, changing lanes and hitting her motorcycle before fleeing. Sia and her family allege that the occupants appeared intoxicated a
