Nehal Modi, Brother of Nirav Modi, Arrested in US Following ED’s Extradition Request

Nehal Modi, brother of Nirav Modi, has been arrested in the United States following an extradition request by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). He has been chargesheeted in connection with the Punjab National Bank (PNB) fraud case. The US Department of Justice has notified Indian authorities about his arrest, and the extradition hearing is set for July 19, 2025.
