Bengaluru/Viral Video: A 26-year-old social media influencer, Arun Katare, has been arrested by Bengaluru Police for creating panic among residents by making reels with a fake AK-47 rifle and posing with bodyguards.

Katare, a resident of Chitradurga, is known for his online presence featuring expensive cars, bikes, and young women in tourist locations. The twist? The bodyguards and AK-47s were nothing more than props, rented specifically for filming his reels. 

However, this display of fake AK-47 alarmed locals who contacted the police.

Man Arrested for Making Reels With Fake AK-47

According to Kottanur Police, locals reported feeling frightened after witnessing Katare disembark from a car with armed bodyguards and a rifle. Based on these complaints, the police filed a case against Katare under the Arms Act and subsequently arrested him.
