New Delhi: A viral video featuring a chaat vendor, reportedly near Mumbai’s Andheri railway station, has set social media abuzz. Why? The man bears an uncanny resemblance to billionaire industrialist Gautam Adani, the founder and chairman of the Adani Group, a multinational powerhouse spanning energy, logistics, agribusiness, and more.

What’s in the Viral Video?

Shared widely on X (formerly Twitter), the clip shows the vendor casually working at his stall while someone holds up a phone displaying an image of Gautam Adani, highlighting their striking similarity.

Adding a humorous twist, the video’s caption reads:

"Gautam Adani’s brother sells chaat near Andheri railway station, while Gautam is a billionaire. Yet, he gets no help from his brother. Sad."

The cheeky remark only fueled online curiosity, prompting waves of reactions from netizens.

Social Media Reacts – Is He Really Related to Adani?

The internet quickly divided into two camps—those laughing at the resemblance and those questioning the authenticity of the claim.

To settle the debate, some users turned to Grok, an AI-powered fact-checking tool, which debunked the connection. Turns out, the vendor has no relation to Gautam Adani—it’s just another case of an internet-fueled doppelgänger theory!

Deja Vu? Elon Musk’s ‘Twin’ From Pakistan Went Viral Too!

This isn't the first time a billionaire’s lookalike has taken over social media. Just days ago, a video of a Pakistani man who looks eerily similar to Elon Musk surfaced online.

The clip, originally shared on Instagram by user Gohar Zaman, shows the man enjoying a meal with friends. One of them playfully calls him “Elon Musk” in Pashto, setting off a frenzy of comments about his resemblance to the Tesla and SpaceX chief.

Zaman’s caption read: "Look at this doppelgänger of @elonmusk in KPK, Pakistan. Elon Musk Khan Yousafzai."

Why Do These Lookalike Stories Keep Going Viral?

From world leaders to business moguls, the internet loves spotting celebrity doppelgängers—especially when they come from unexpected backgrounds. Whether it’s a chaat vendor in Mumbai or a man casually eating rice in Pakistan, these viral moments show just how small (and entertaining) the world can be.
