Surat: After the sensational, Dolly Chaiwala, and the viral ‘vada pav girl’ the internet's attention has now been diverted to Surat's Vijaybhai Patel aka the ‘singing chaiwala’. A fresh video featuring the tea seller is making rounds on the internet. 

The popular celebrity- photographer, Viral Bhayani, shared a video appreciating the tea-seller who operates from Dumas. The video captures Patel preparing tea while singing Kishore Kumar's hit from the 1972 film Amar Prem ‘Chingari Koi Bhadke’. 

Patel held a microphone captivating the crowd with his melodious voice as his customers sipped their teas. 

The post was captioned: “ Vijaybhai Patel of Surat has been running a tea lorry in Dumas for many years. Vijay bhai's tea is sweet and even sweeter is his voice. People come from far and wide to sip Vijaybhai's tea and listen to his songs”.

The video garnered over 2 Lakh views in just an hour after it was posted. The comment section quickly filled with applause for the melodious teaseller, who has swiftly become the latest internet sensation.

In February, Microsoft founder Bill Gates visited India and shared his experiences of exploring the country. He highlighted an interaction with Dolly Chaiwala, a tea seller who became an internet sensation. Gates posted a video on Instagram, praising the innovative spirit of Indians, especially in their tea-making techniques. 

He captioned the video, "In India, you can find innovation everywhere you turn—even in the preparation of a simple cup of tea!"

Dolly Chaiwala, whose real name remains unknown, runs a roadside tea stall near the old VCA stadium in the Sadar area of Nagpur. He gained fame for his unique tea-making style, sharing numerous videos online that have garnered lakhs of views. His distinctive approach continues to attract significant attention and admiration.
