Viral Video: A video of two Mahindra Thars stuck in the sea water amid high tide is making rounds in the internet from Kutch. The SUVs got partially submerged after two college students from Gujarat's Mundra drove their vehicles into the sea to make reel. A video of the two students stranded with their Thars in the high tide is being widely shared on social media.
Soon after the video went viral, Mundra marine police booked the youth for their stunt attempt and driving into the sea water. The Kutch Police has also registered an FIR against them.
The high tide almost engulfed both vehicles, leaving them stuck in the water. Later, nearby locals helped retrieve the cars, however, one of the SUV's engine failed.
The video captures two Mahindra Thars submerged at Bhadreshwar Beach. The white Thar is only submerged up to its tires, while the red Thar is partially submerged due to the high tide. Towards the end of the clip, two men are seen attempting to lift the red Thar to remove it from the water.
The Mundra Marine Police responded to the incident by seizing the two SUVs after they were recovered. The two men reportedly abandoned the vehicles, and authorities are now using the registration numbers to locate them. An FIR has also been filed.
