The video shared on social media platform Instagram comes with a caption that reads, “I recorded a video while driving, showing school students, likely in 8th or 9th grade (around 12-13 years old). A few of them were sticking out of the sunroof. I yelled at them for their safety. There were around 5-6 students in the car. Parents should be held responsible for this. This is extremely unsafe for both the kids inside the car and the pedestrians around them, especially the schoolchildren walking and crossing the road in that area.”

According to the video post, the location of the video is Thane West, and the kids are said to be from New Horizon School. Ever since the video has gone viral, the netizens have been blaming their parents and sharing their own experiences and encounters with such amateur, life-threatening drivers on the road.

Netizens React to Thane Viral Video

One user wrote, “Their parents should be heavily fined, and the car should be impounded.” Another user said, “If he drives better than most of the adults, I wouldn’t say it’s bad parenting.”

“Are bapre, muje to sharam se dubb jana chahiye. Mai 28 ka hu, fir bhi gadi chalani nahi aati,” said another with a witty sense of humour.

This is not the first video of its kind with such visuals. School kids and underage people are often seen on Indian roads behind the steering wheels, driving cars recklessly and putting others lives in danger.
