Earthquake on Magnitude 4.6 Hits Pakistan

New Delhi: An earthquake of magnitude 4.6 on the Richter Scale struck Pakistan on Saturday morning, the National Center for Seismology (NCS) said.

According to NCS, the tremors were felt at around 11.04am on Saturday.

The epicentre of the earthquake was located at Latitude 29.79 N and Longitude  69.63 E, with a depth of 10 kilometres.

The NCS tweeted, “EQ of M: 4.6, On: 15/06/2024 11:04:14 IST, Lat: 29.79 N, Long: 69.63 E, Depth: 10 Km, Location: Pakistan(sic).”

However, there were no immediate reports of any injuries or damage to properties.
