French FM: Turkey migrants decision 'blackmail'

French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian described Turkey's decision to allow migrants cross the border into Greece as political "blackmail" and "totally unacceptable".

Speaking to French lawmakers on Tuesday, Le Drian said Ankara was trying to force EU members to revisit the deal signed in 2016 to tackle the migrant crisis.

He said he spoke to his Greek counterpart Monday and Sunday to offer "France's full and complete solidarity".
