John Chambers, the former Executive Chairman and CEO of CISCO Systems on Tuesday said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is courageous to have a bright vision, according to the Texas India Forum (TIF). He further urged that his vision should be given another chance. PM Modi will be on a week-long trip to the United States from September 22 to September 27. Prime Minister Narendra Modi's welcoming event, 'Howdy, Modi!', organized by the Texas India Forum (TIF) is all set to commence on September 22 at the NRG Stadium in Houston, USA. Around 50,000 registrations have already been made, stated reports. The event will be focusing on the India-US relationship.

Other prominent personalities on Modi's visit

The Texas India Forum has tweeted about some prominent people speaking about Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to the US. The 'Howdy Modi' event is titled 'Share Dreams, Bright Future'. It will focus on the success of the Indian-Americans and their contribution to the US. It will also focus on the US-India relationship. According to the CEO of Microsoft Corporation, Satya Nadella, PM Modi's vision is spot on. While the CEO of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg has appreciated PM Modi's committment to Digital India. Paul Jacobs, the former Executive Chairman of Qualcomm said that "We share PM Modi's vision to transform India into a digitally empowered society and knowledge economy."
