Iran's Khamenei Urges Muslims To 'Stand By Lebanese People' as IDF Confirms Nasarullah Killed
Iran’s supreme leader Seyyed Ali Hosseini Khamenei called upon the Muslims worldwide to stand with Hezbollah and Lebanese people in its fight with Israel.
Tehran: As Israel continues to bombard Lebanon in its war against the Hezbollah militant group, Iran’s supreme leader Seyyed Ali Hosseini Khamenei said that Israel is attempting to pursue the same “foolish” strategy it implemented in its conflict with Hamas in Gaza a year ago.
In a post on X, Khamenei said, “On the one hand, the killing of defenseless civilians in Lebanon, has once again revealed the savage nature of the rabid Zionists to everyone. On the other hand, it has proven how shortsighted and insane the policies of the leaders of the occupying regime are.”
“The terrorist gang ruling Zionist regime hasn’t learned from its 1yr criminal war in Gaza & doesn’t understand the massacre of women, children, & civilians cannot hurt the strong structure of Resistance or bring it to its knees. Now they’re testing the same absurd policy in Lebanon,” Khaemeni added.
Khamenei Calls Upon Muslims Worldwide To Stand With Hezbollah
Iran’s supreme leader further said that all efforts of Israel would go to waste in its war with Hezbollah.
“The Zionist criminals need to know that they are far too weak to be able to inflict any significant damage on the solid structure of Lebanon’s Hezbollah. Now they are trying the same foolish policy in Lebanon. The zionist criminals should know that they are far too small to inflict significant harm on Hezbollah's solid structure. All the resistance forces of the region stand by Hezbollah and support it and the destiny of this region,” he said.
Khamenei called upon the Muslims across the world to stand by the Lebanese people.
"It is incumbent upon all Muslims to stand by the Lebanese people and the dignified Hezbollah with their means and to assist them in confronting the usurping and unjust zionist regime. The Lebanese people have not forgotten that at one time, the usurping zionist regime's forces had occupied beirut, but it was hezbollah that cut off their feet and made lebanon proud and dignified. Today, too, Lebanon will, by the grace of god, make the aggressing, wicked, and disgraced enemy regret,” he said.
Meanwhile, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has been relocated to a secure location amid heightened security measures, according to two regional officials briefed by Tehran, as reported by Reuters.
The development follows reports that Israel claimed to have killed Hezbollah leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah in an airstrike targeting Beirut's southern suburbs. This strike carried out a day earlier, would represent a massive blow to Hezbollah, which has been under increasing pressure from a surge in Israeli military actions.
