The Israel Defence Forces (IDF) on Friday in a post on X announced that they had killed Mahmoud Yusef Anisi, a senior terrorist involved in Hezbollah's missile manufacturing chain in Lebanon.

The IDF said, "Mahmoud Yusef Anisi, a senior terrorist involved in Hezbollah's precision-guided missile manufacturing chain in Lebanon, joined Hezbollah over 15 years ago and was one of the leaders of the Hezbollah PGM campaign in Lebanon. He was a key source of knowledge and possessed significant technological abilities in weapons manufacturing. The IDF will continue to act against the threat posed by Hezbollah."
