At least five people are critically injured and up to 20 others have been hurt after a vehicle rammed into a crowd on Santa Monica Boulevard in Los Angeles, outside an East Hollywood nightclub.

The Los Angeles Fire Department shared the exact location where the incident happened.

All the injured were rushed to a nearby hospital. The cause of the incident remains unclear.
