Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu continued his meetings in Jerusalem on Friday with leaders who came to participate at the World Holocaust Forum. Netanyahu met Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky.
"Occasionally we are marked by tragedy as you saw in the horrible case of the downing of your aircraft by the Iranian revolutionary forces," said Netanyahu". Netanyahu told Zelensky he looked forward to discussing ways to "confront the forces and regimes that threaten our common civilization and our common future." Ukraine's president read a letter he wrote in memory of the victims of the Holocaust and his family's history during WWII.
