PATHETIC: Wealthy jerk smashes cake on pet lion's face to 'celebrate' his birthday, Twitter outraged

The CEO of Kurdish American Cooperation Organisation, Blend Brifkani enraged wildlife admirers across the world after an outrageous and cruel video of him smacking a cake on a domesticated lioness' face surfaced on the internet. 

While celebrating Leo's birthday, a rescued lion, the Kurdish man could be seen aggressively smearing the cake on the big cat's face leaving the creature surprised, exasperated and discomposed, much to the crowd's amusement.

The lion then springs up, moves away from the group and tries to wipe the cake off his face. 

The infuriating video has been making the rounds of social media, with people lambasting the man for torturing the big cat and evidently frantic for such pleasure. 

Following the shocking video, the man took to Instagram to issue an apology for his behavior, saying, "I have never intentionally intended to abuse Leo, moreover, I would never want to hurt him in any way."  

The man further went onto narrate his self patronising story of how he rescused Leo the lion as a cub when he was 'alone, small and weak'
