Rouhani: Trump administration is 'gone with God's grace'

The Iranian President expressed his contentment on Thursday over the departure of Donald Trump from the U.S. presidency, hours after Joe Biden was sworn in. Hassan Rouhani said those who conspired against Iran with the intent of overthrowing its government, were overthrown themselves with shame and dishonour, without naming Trump.

Rouhani made the remarks during an inauguration ceremony of the Middle East's largest gas refinery called Persian Gulf Bid Boland Gas Refinery in southern Iran.The inauguration was carried out through videoconferencing. About 4,590 million U.S. dollars have been invested in the giant project completed in 36 months, according to the report. It is expected to bring in 700 million dollars in revenues per year.
