The representatives of Russia and South Korea for the six-party talks met in Seoul on Tuesday to discuss stalled nuclear diplomacy with North Korea.

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Igor Morgulov and South Korean Special Representative for Korean Peninsula Peace and Security Affairs Noh Kyu-duk held a meeting at Plaza Hotel amid Pyongyang's threats against Seoul and Washington over their ongoing combined military drills.

Sung Kim, US Special Envoy for North Korea, had met with Noh on Monday where they discussed possible ways to facilitate diplomacy, but did not announce any specific plans.
