Update at 7:25 PM: The Dutch Police have identified the suspect of Utrecht shooting. They are on a look-out for Gökman Tanis, a 37-year-old Turkish-born man.
Update at 5:06 PM: One person has died and the local media reported that the suspected gunman has escaped and fled the scene.

The official twitter account of Utrecht Police said that several people have been injured. Assistance has started, and there is a large deposit around the scene for relief.
The Dutch police are investigating the shooting and a possible terrorist motif is part of the investigation. An anti-terrorism unit and emergency services are reported to be at the scene around the 24 Oktoberplein junction.
