He was born 18 years after her tragic car-crash death, but that isn't serving as any kind of deterrent to a 4-year-old boy who believes himself to be the reincarnation Britain's Princess Diana.

Famous Australian television presenter David Campbell said that his 4-year-old son Billy Campbell is of the belief that he is the reincarnated version of Lady Diana Spencer.

Billy was born almost two decades after the tragic death of the Princess in a car crash in Paris in 1997. His obsession with Diana came to the fore when at the age of 2 Billy had pointed to a card with Diana's picture on it claiming it was him when he was a Princess.

‘Look! It’s me when I was a princess’,” the toddler had cried, according to his father.

However, David went on to say the kid’s obsession with Diana didn’t stop there.

Billy could apparently recount details about Diana’s life as a toddler. Besides he was often heard referring to Princes William and Harry as his “sons” and would have conversations with his family member in which he would casually mention his “boys”.

David Campbell also alleged that his son would talk about Diana’s brother John, who had unfortunately died as a baby just hours after his birth. However, the Campbell family were even more taken aback when Billy accurately described the interior of the Queen's Christmas residence in Balmoral.
