A family's dream holiday in Egypt, unfortunately, turned into an absolute nightmare when they found out that the luxury all-included hotel was still under construction.

The Mould family from Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, in the UK had decided to spend big on their holiday. They had booked a luxury hotel for the equivalent of Rs. 3.2 lakh in Egypt. The family was shocked to find out that it was actually a pile of rubble.
33-year-old Mark, who had booked the trip through a travel company called Love Holidays, was understandably dismayed at the state of the hotel.

From expensive dream to crumbling nightmare

Mark Mould who had booked the Crystal Beach Aqua Park and Hotel for a two-week-long break with family and friends was devastated to know that it was all a big hoax and the all-inclusive luxury hotel in which they were meant to stay in was still being built.

After finding out that the hotel was uninhabitable, the family was taken to an alternate hotel which was apparently also very run-down and in the process of being demolished.  Mould and his family grudgingly spent two days at the hotel, which was supposed to be shut down soon. After repeated complaints to the company, Mould and his family were again shifted to a new hotel where they had to pay an additional 8,000 Euros as a security deposit.

According to Mould, the trip was a roller-coaster of disaster, tears and sickness. He felt totally cheated and that instead of an expensive dream that he was promised, he and his family were served a crumbling nightmare. Mould was quoted telling the media that it was plain and simple fraud on a grand scale from a large company that has absolutely no morals! The company has since apologised, though a details of a refund, if any, aren't yet out.
