Ukraine accused of HIMARS shelling of Donetsk

Russian-installed officials in the partially occupied Donetsk region accused Ukrainian forces of shelling the city of Donetsk with HIMARS rocket launchers early on Monday.

The Kremlin-backed Mayor of Donetsk Alexei Kulemzin said a fire broke out in an administrative building of Donetsk Railways.

Firefighter Sergey Neka said "when we arrived at the scene, we found that there was destruction from the fourth to the second floor, inclusively, and a fire on the roof."

The blaze was contained and there were no casualties.
