Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Friday reiterated his vow to bring all those responsible for the deadly attack on the central city of Vinnytsia to justice, saying that they are doing everything at the national and international level in this regard.

Thursday's missile attack on Vinnytsia killed at least 23 people. The dead included three children: a 4-year-old girl, and two boys, 7 and 8.

Nearly 200 people sought medical attention and 80 remain hospitalized.

Zelenskyy thanked the United States for its financial assistance to Ukraine.

He also condemned Friday's attack on the southern city of Mykolaiv.

Authorities in Mykolaiv said at least 10 explosions occurred in the southern city overnight, accusing Russia of hitting universities.
