Social media influencer and author, Ashley St Clair has reportedly sued Elon Musk, SpaceX and Tesla CEO, for sole legal custody of their son, RSC, who was born in September last year. St Clair filed the petition with the New York Supreme Court on Friday, seeking the son's custody.
According to St Clair's representative, Brian Glickich, she has made every effort to collaborate with Musk before taking this step. St Clair has also filed a paternity petition along with the custody petition, despite acknowledging Musk as the father of her child.
The petition alleges that Musk was not present at the child's birth and has met him only three times, with no involvement in his care and upbringing. St Clair claims that Musk met his son on September 21, and spent two hours with them, and then for one hour the next day. The last time Musk saw RSC was allegedly on November 30, for only 30 minutes.
Furthermore, St. Clair claims that Musk sent her a text message on November 24, saying "I want to knock you up again." Three months later, Musk allegedly texted her again, saying "Well, we do have a legion of kids to make".
