Taco chain owner turns out to be a drug dealer, charged for trafficking meth

Police officials stated that an owner of a chain of taco restaurants, Adolfo "Flaco" Mitchell, in the coastal town of Georgia, turned out to be a drug dealer as he dealt in large amounts of methamphetamine. According to reports, the Chatham-Savannah Counter Narcotics Team stated that Adolfo turned himself to the authorities after being charged for drug trafficking and conspiracy.

A taco restaurant owner turned drug dealer

According to the police, the accused was getting the drugs shipped to him in order to act as the distributor throughout the Savannah area. The authorities stated that the owner of multiple Flacos House restaurants was also involved in distributing methamphetamine in other states such as Virginia.

The incident prompted a few people to compare the taco restaurant owner to popular Television series, Breaking Bad's antagonist, Gus, who was the owner of a chain of fast-food restaurants Los Pollos Hermanos and having selling drugs as a side business.

A Twitterati posted a tweet with a GIF that had a police officer asking the person in front of him to explain himself.

Another user posted a tweet with a gif that called the particular incident very interesting.

Mitchell had previously been arrested on the charges of possession of drugs such as marijuana and guns. He was also indicted for providing a pistol to a minor and using a minor in illegal activities.

'A striking resemblance'

In a routine of posting pictures of suspected criminals, the police department of Galesburg, IL, shared mugshots of a few people on September 3 and one of the mugshots went viral because the person's face in the picture had a striking resemblance with Walter White from popular television series Breaking Bad. Bryan Cranston plays the character of Walter White, a chemistry teacher turned drug dealer.

The person in the mugshot that went viral was identified as Todd W. Barrick Jr. and was arrested for violating the terms of his probation. He was initially arrested for possessing methamphetamine, a drug that stimulates the body's central nervous system. Coincidently, the character of Walter White also cooked the same drug on Breaking Bad.
