Puppet representing Syria refugee girl reaches UK

A giant puppet representing a Syrian refugee girl arrived in the UK on Tuesday to raise awareness to the plight of migrants.

The 3.5 metre (11.5 feet) tall marionette, called "Little Amal", is on the last leg of a long journey from the Turkish-Syrian border to the north of England.

UK actor Jude Law was on hand to welcome her to the English Channel port town of Folkestone.
