Sturgeon orders those living in Scotland to stay home

Scottish First Minister Nicola Sturgeon said Tuesday that the coronavirus pandemic is "more serious" than at any time since spring and has urged all those living in Scotland to stay at home.

Sturgeon was speaking in Edinburgh after announcing a strict lockdown which began Tuesday.
