UK health sec reacts after first COVID vaccination

UK Health Secretary Matt Hancock on Tuesday said the coronavirus vaccine was the "light at the end of the tunnel" of the pandemic. 

He was speaking after UK health authorities began rolling out the first doses of a widely tested and independently reviewed COVID-19 vaccine, with the first dose given to a 90-year-old woman in Coventry, England.
