UK minister caught up in Spain quarantine comments

British Transport Secretary Grant Shapps returned to the UK on Wednesday after curtailing his holiday in Spain to deal with the fallout from the government's decision to impose quarantine restrictions on travellers arriving from that country.

The minister will be self-isolating, like anyone else returning, while his family will remain in Spain.
