Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy on Friday visited the settlement of Milove in the Luhansk region, which is divided by the border between Ukraine and Russia.

Zelenskiy honoured the memory of those killed in the World War II at the 'Ukraine to the Liberators' memorial.

He laid flowers and placed a candle in front of a monument, as he paid tribute to those lost.

"On this day, Ukraine, together with the whole civilised world, says: Never again," Zelenskiy said.
