Police van burns in Brooklyn protest

Protests over the death of George Floyd while in police custody in Minneapolis took place in Brooklyn, New York, on Friday night.

Videos shot during the protest captured a police van on fire and a police officer pushing a woman to the ground near Brooklyn's Fort Green neighborhood.

Floyd died on Monday after a Minneapolis police officer pressed his knee into Floyd's neck, leading to unrest in dozens of cities nationwide.

The officer was charged Friday with third-degree murder and manslaughter.
