Storm Area 51: US Military unit sorry for threat to bomb civilians
A military unit of the US posted a tweet on September 20 that read it would use Stealth bombers against anyone who would try to trespass into Area 51.

A military unit of the United States of America posted a tweet on September 20 that said it would use Stealth bombers against anyone who would try to trespass into the restricted area in Nevada. The unit later took down the tweet and apologized for the same on September 21.

A threatening tweet?
The deleted tweet posted on September 20 on the twitter handle of DVIDS(Defense Visual Information Distribution Service), targetted people who were fans of UFO's and curious people flooded the desert surrounding Area 51 this particular week after someone started an online petition to raid the discreet military base that has long been a subject to rumours about housing secrets on aliens and UFOs.

Also, the tweet had men and women in their military uniform in front of the stealth bomber that the US military possesses. Here is a screenshot:

Storm Area 51
The raid that took place on September 20 at the Area 51 which is also a US Air Force base that comes within the Nevada test and training range, had witnessed more than 2 million people clicking on the 'going' button and more than a million people clicking the interested button in a Facebook event created by Matty Roberts on June 27. Matty added that she would not be responsible for any consequences as the event that she created was purely based on entertainment purposes.

Humourless tweets
The American Air Force last year had apologized for a tweet that was aimed at finding a funny response in relation to the killing of the Taliban militants in Afghanistan. Also, the US strategic command responsible for America's nuclear weapons had tweeted that they were on ready to use 'something bigger' than the iconic New Year's Eve Ball which drops in New York.
