In some cultures, people cleaned themselves up after defecation using water. Meanwhile, the foreign defecation habit involved using toilet paper after going to the loo. Both practices were considered hygienic and were followed to prevent infections, rashes, and other intimate area problems.

While many adhered to this necessary post-defecation ritual, there were barely a few who did not favour the habit. According to a report by the New York Post, a woman shared her repulsive experience of dating a man on a TikTok video when she found that her now ex-boyfriend did not use toilet paper after excretion.

A woman from Tampa, Florida, recounted the shocking incident on TikTok, which garnered over 900,000 views. In the clip, she shared that once when she was at her former beau’s house, she found out that there was no toilet paper in the washroom. Not thinking much of it, she simply informed her partner to buy the toiletry the next time from a supermarket. But even on her second visit, Clara found the toilet paper was still not bought. When she confronted, her then-boyfriend evaded the question stating that he “forgot” to buy them.

As per the clip, it was not until the woman and her beau visited a store together to grab some snacks that she discovered the disgusting truth. Spotting toilet paper at the store, the woman urged her man to buy them, to which he blatantly refused, saying, “I’m not gonna do that,” before adding that he was not fond of using toilet paper to clean his butt. When the surprised woman asked him what he used instead, the anonymous man said, “I use wet wipes.”

Appalled, the woman bought her own set of toilet paper to use when she visited her partner’s house. In the TikTok video, the woman revealed that when her boyfriend started ridiculing her for using the papers, she realized that her relationship hit rock bottom. The woman broke up with the person shortly thereafter.

Social media users were left baffled after they came across the TikTok video and went on to slam the man for his poor toiletry habit. While one individual claimed, “Girl I would’ve just ended it after ‘I don’t use toilet paper’ statement,” another quipped, “That’s nasty. I never met anyone that doesn’t use TP.”
