ChatGPT or the new age helping hand has become one of the most used chatbot and has got a significant following among the users. Many of the users use the chat bot on a daily basis for work and other uses. However since the update of ChatGPT 4-0 has been launched, the users are facing a lot of downtime and outage. OpenAI has shown interest in this issue and has also said they are working on it. According to a data released by downdetector, around 83 percent of users are having issues in using ChatGPT, 13% faced troubles using the OpenAI website and 5% users are not able to open the app.
