Prague: As a lone gunman opened fire in a building at Charles University in downtown Prague, killing at least 15 people and injuring more than 20 in the Czech Republic's worst mass shooting, people were seen leaping from the building ledges for safety. 

Disturbing visuals have emerged in which people, basically students, can be seen jumping off the edge of the building to the lower floors. Another video from the incident site shows people hiding on the edge of the boundary wall of a building. 

Police gave no details about the victims or a possible motive for the shooting at the building located near the Vltava River in Jan Palach Square. However, Czech Interior Minister Vit Rakusan said investigators do not suspect a link to any extremist ideology or groups.
