Israeli President Isaac Herzog thanks India for support in war against Hamas

Israeli President Isaac Herzog thanked India for its support in the war against the terrorist organisation Hamas which began on October 7.

Israeli President Isaac Herzog thanked India for its support in the war against the terrorist organisation Hamas. Speaking exclusively to Republic TV, Herzog said, “I bless our friends in India. Thank you for your great support.”

Herzog was at the relief camp in Sderot where the Hamas terrorists infiltrated and carried out killings in the magnitude of hundreds. The President also interacted with the youngsters at the camp who survived the horror which started on October 7.

Herzog demands immediate release of hostages held by Hamas

The Israeli President has demanded the immediate release of hostages held by Hamas in Gaza. According to the Israeli government, at least 50 Israeli citizens, including newborns, are currently held hostage in Gaza.

They were picked by the Israeli terrorists from southern Israeli cities which were breached early morning on October 7. While some broke into Israel through the border, other terrorists descended using parachutes. 

At the relief camp, Herzog also reiterated Israel's resolve to win and thanked friendly nations for their support in the war. “Our people are showing courage, bravery and stamina and we will prevail against our enemy. People are here to show solidarity to fight for our nation,” The President said. He also compared Hamas with ISIS.
