Hero Splendor to Bajaj Platina: Top 5 motorcycles with highest sales in September 2024

Motorcycle sales in September: The motorcycle segment witnessed a surge in sales in September 2024. Amid festive discounts and offers, there was a growth in sales of the motorcycle segment surged. As per the data from the Society of Indian Automotive Manufacturers, the motorcycle segment registered positive sentiment. The first position is secured by Hero MotoCorp’s Splendor, followed by Honda Motorcycle Scooter’s Shine to Bajaj’s Platina. Let us have a look at the top five motorcycles with highest sales in September 2024:

Hero Splendor:

Hero Splendor secured the first position on the sales chart and recorded total sales of 3,75,886 units in September 2024. Splendor recorded a growth of 17.58 per cent on a YoY basis. The Hero Splendor also recorded growth as compared to August 2024, having 24.08 per cent on an MoM basis.

Honda Shine:

Honda Shine secured the second position on the sales chart and recorded total sales of 1,81,835 units in September 2024. Shine registered a growth of 12.56 per cent on a YoY basis. The Honda Shine also recorded a growth of 3.89 per cent on an MoM basis.

Bajaj Pulsar: 

The third position on the list is secured by Bajaj Pulsar who recorded total sales of 1,39,182 units in September 2024. Pulsar recorded a growth of 15.86 per cent on a YoY basis. As compared to August 2024, the Bajaj Pulsar also witnessed a growth of 19.73 per cent on an MoM basis.

Hero HF Deluxe:

The Hero HF Deluxe managed to secure the fourth position on the sales chart and recorded total sales of 1,13,827 units in September 2024. HF Deluxe registered a growth of 35.32 per cent on a YoY basis. As compared to August 2024, the Hero HF Deluxe registered a growth of 34.54 per cent on an MoM basis.

Bajaj Platina:

The Bajaj Platina was in the fifth position on the sales chart in September 2024 and recorded total sales of 49,774 units in this period. Platina recorded a marginal growth of 2.38 per cent on a YoY basis and 18.75 per cent on a MoM basis.
