The auto manufacturer has updated the vehicle's safety features, revised the prices, and remains unchanged mechanically and cosmetically. With the update in safety features, the Alto K10 could be a good option for buyers with budget constraints.

Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 Safety Features:
To enhance customer safety and experience, Maruti Suzuki has updated the safety features by adding six airbags as standard across all its variants. In addition to these, the Alto K10 offers other safety features, including reverse parking sensors, three-point seat belts for all passengers, ABS, EBD, and more.
Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 Engine Specifications:
The Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 has a 998cc inline three-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine, which produces 68BHP and 91 Nm torque, mated to a five-speed manual or an AMT gearbox. Buyers also have an option to opt for a CNG variant for better fuel efficiency.
Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 Price:
With the update, the automaker Alto K10 has become dearer by ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 across the variant lineup. The new price of the Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 starts at ₹4.09 lakh (ex-showroom) for the LXI variant. The price of the VXI+ variant is ₹5.99 lakh (ex-showroom).
Recent Price Revision in Other Models:
Maruti Suzuki has revised the prices of its other models recently and the safety features as well. We recently saw a price revision on the Maruti Suzuki Wagon R, Ertiga, Celerio, and other models. Celerio recently also got an update with six airbags as a standard safety feature across its variant lineup.
Upcoming Maruti Cars in India:
Maruti Suzuki unveiled the e Vitara for the Indian market at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. However, some dealerships have started taking bookings of the e Vitara and have started reaching the dealerships. The launch timeline is not revealed yet but it is likely to launch in March 2025.
