Brigade Enterprises announces 14-acre residential project in Bengaluru

Brigade Enterprises, a real estate company, has announced the development of a new residential project in Bengaluru named Brigade Sanctuary. Spanning 14 acres on the Whitefield-Sarjapur Road, the project is anticipated to yield a revenue of approximately Rs 2,000 crore.
In a statement, Brigade revealed that Brigade Sanctuary, a joint development comprising 1,275 units, holds a gross revenue potential of Rs 2,000 crore. The total development area is estimated to be around 2 million square feet.
Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director of Brigade Group, highlighted the increased demand for premium residences in Bengaluru. He stated, “There has been a notable surge in demand for premium residences in Bengaluru. The appeal of homes and community living has risen significantly, especially among millennials.”
Brigade Group also plans to retain over 500 trees within the project, ensuring the conservation of the natural beauty of the landscape.
