UPSC IFS Main Exam 2023 admit card released, here's direct link to download

Union Public Service Commission has released the admit card for Indian Forest Service (IFS) main exams 2023. Candidates who have cleared the preliminary exams and have to appear for the exams can download their UPSC IFS Mains call letters from today. The call letters have been uploaded on the official website- upsc.gov.in. The link to download the same will be active till December 3. 

UPSC IFS main exams 2023 are scheduled to begin from November 26. The exam will be held at various centres across the country. UPSC IFS mains will be held in two shifts on each exam day. The first shift of the exam will be held from 9 am to 12 noon and the second shift will be held from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm.

Read the instructions and proceed

Log in using either your registration number or roll number and date of birth

Your UPSC IFS mains call letter will be displayed on the screen

Download and take its printout. 

In case of any discrepancy in the e-Admit Card, the same may be communicated to the Commission immediately by email (at email ID soexam9-upsc@gov.in ) for taking the decision in the matter.

Candidates must preserve the e-Admit Card till the declaration of the final result of the Indian Forest Service Examination, 2023. No paper Admit card will be issued for this Examination. The candidates will have to produce the printout of their e-Admit Card at the allotted Venue for appearing at the Examination. A candidate, who does not produce his/her e-Admit Card for checking at the allotted venue, shall not be allowed to take the Examination. The candidates are also required to carry along the Photo ID card, whose number is mentioned in the e-Admit Card, in each Session.

UPSC IFS Main Exam Timings

UPSC IFS mains forenoon session will be held from 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM and the Afternoon Session will be held from 02:30 PM to 05:30 PM (as against earlier 02:00 PM to 05:00 PM). The entry of the Candidates in the Venue shall be closed 30 minutes prior (as against the existing time limit of 10 minutes) to commencement of the Examination (each Session). No candidates shall be allowed entry into the Examination Venue after closure of entry.

"Possession (even in switch off mode) / use of Mobile Phones and other Electronics / Communication devices or any other incriminating material (notes on e-Admit Cards, papers, erasers etc.) or violation of any Instruction shall entail disciplinary action which may include cancellation of candidature of candidate, filing of FIR/police complaint against the candidate, prohibition from appearing in subsequent Session(s)/day(s) of the Examination. In addition, the Commission may take any other appropriate action as per provisions contained in the Examination Rules.," the official notice reads.
