Date and Time
The counting of votes is expected to begin at 8 am on Sunday as the initial trends will start to flow in by 9 am. The ballot papers will be counted first after which, the EVM votes will be counted. The final result will become clear by afternoon or even later at night if there is a close contest in many constituencies or a hung assembly.
