Animal advance booking box office report: Ranbir Kapoor rakes in ₹22 crores ahead of release

Animal is all set to hit the big screens on December 1. The movie stars Ranbir Kapoor in the lead role and also features Bobby Deol, Rashmika Mandanna and Anil Kapoor in pivotal roles. The film will be released alongside Vicky Kaushal starrer Sam Bahadur. Animal is currently taking the lead in box office collections in advanced bookings. 

Animal eyes a strong opening at the domestic box office 

The Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal is all set to open with a staggering number at the box office, as per advanced booking reports. As per Sacnilk, the film has already amassed a total of 22.41 crores in advance ticket sales for the day of release. As of now, the movie has sold 864184 across the country in all languages. 

As per a report in Sacnilk, the action flick will open to ₹50-60 crores in its Hindi version. The film is likely to rake in another ₹10 crore in the Telugu version, judging by the advance booking patterns. The film is also expected to cross ₹100 crores at the worldwide box office, as per the advance booking trends. 

Sam Bahadur trails behind Animal in advance bookings

Sam Bahadur will be released in theatres alongside Animal. The film is directed by Megna Gulzar and is a war biopic drama. Releasing on the same day, it is imperative to draw box office comparisons between the two films. As per Sacnilk, the Vicky Kaushal starrer is far behind Animal in advance booking trends. 

The film has sold tickets worth ₹2.05 crore at the domestic box office, as per Sacnilk. A total of 66418 tickets for the film have been sold ahead of its release. The film has been passed with a U/A certificate by the CBFC and will be released only in Hindi, unlike Animal which will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam apart from Hindi.
