Animal: Anil Kapoor introduces his character from Ranbir Kapoor film ahead of teaser drop

Anil Kapoor on Thursday evening introduced his character from the upcoming film Animal. The actor took to social media to share a poster of himself ahead of the film's teaser release. Sharing a picture of his character from the film, the actor wrote, "Animal Ka Baap... Balbir Singh!"

Meet Balbir Singh, the 'baap of Animal'

Anil Kapoor, who seemingly will play the role of Ranbir Kapoor's father in Animal, shared his poster from the film. In the poster, the actor could be seen sitting on a chair with a sick yet powerful look. Kapoor can be seen sporting a hospital uniform for patients. A few bandages can also be seen on the actor's body and his dark circles scream at the viewers that he is not in a very great shape.

Animal teaser to drop on THIS day

Makers of Animal had given a short glimpse of the film a couple of months ago, where the lead actor Ranbir Kapoor was seen donning a veshti and killing people with an axe, while a group of Sikh men could be seen playing the drum around him. Now, the makers are all set to drop another teaser, hopefully revealing Ranbir's face this time and giving a deeper look into the film. 

Sandeep Reddy Vanga and team will drop the film's teaser on Ranbir Kapoor's birthday on September 28 at 10 am. The film is slated to hit the big screen on December 1. The film will mark the third Bollywood film of South actress Rashmika Mandanna. Previously, the film was slated to release in August, but was postponed due to reasons well known to the makers of the film.
