Kill Box Office Collection Day 4: Lakshya Starrer Passes Monday Test With Flying Colours
Kill, starring Lakshya Lalwani, Raghav Juyal and Tanya Maniktala, earned ₹7.40 crore at the domestic box office on Monday.
Kill, starring Lakshya Lalwani, Raghav Juyal and Tanya Maniktala, has been doing well at the domestic box office despite the dominance of Kalki 2898 AD. The movie could have done better had it been release on a different date, but still managed to attract the audience to the theatres, thanks to positive word-of-mouth. However, the real test was will make-or-break on Monday.

Helmed by Nikhil Nagesh Bhat, the movie was able to pass the Monday test as it earned the same as on the first day. On the fourth day of the release, the movie was able to mint ₹1.30 crore, according to the early estimates reported by Sacnilk. Adding the Monday collection, the total now stands at ₹7.40 crore.
Kill had an overall 16.17 per cent Hindi occupancy on Monday with the maximum reported in Chennai (49.33 per cent).
Sold as India's most violent movie, the movie has been receiving positive reviews from critics and audiences.
What else do we know about Kill?
The movie follows the story of army commando Amrit (Lakshya) who finds his love in Tulika (Tanya Maniktala). However, things change when both find themselves trapped in the train taken over by Fani (Raghav Juyal) and his gang, who begin to mercilessly kill the passengers.
The action thriller premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival on 7 September 2023, where it was first runner-up for the People's Choice Award: Midnight Madness. It was also screened at the Tribeca Film Festival in June this year. The movie was able to grab the attention of John Wick's producer Chad Stahelski, who on July 1 announced that he would be bankrolling the English-language remake of the movie.
