Kriti Sanon to star in Don 3?

Earlier, Kiara Advani was rumoured to play the female lead in Don 3. However, the latest news reports suggest that Kriti Sanon has been finalised opposite Ranveer Singh. Recently, she was spotted outside a parlour in Mumbai. The actress found herself surrounded by paparazzi outside the venue. Amidst the hustle, she was questioned about her potential role in Don 3. Responding with confusion, Kriti gestured "what" as she hurried into the salon, leaving a subtle hint of intrigue. 

For the unversed, the speculations of her involvement in the film began after Kriti was seen leaving the Excel Entertainment office recently. 

Will Kiara Advani be seen in Don 3?

Reportedly, Kiara Advani had emerged as a potential candidate for the leading lady's role in Don 3. She was also snapped outside Farhan Akhtar's office in Mumbai. Reports suggest that Farhan narrated the script to the actress and she liked it. According to a report in Pinkvilla, the actress expressed enthusiasm about the opportunity to work alongside Ranveer Singh in the rebooted Don franchise.

A source also mentioned that the Don franchise is undergoing a fresh revamp, introducing new characters and storylines. Kiara, if she signs on, is expected to play a character with negative shades which will offer a new dimension to the series.

The source also shared that while Kiara's character won't be a reiteration of Roma, originally portrayed by Priyanka Chopra, the revamped Don franchise promises to present a dynamic and thrilling new chapter, minus the character of Roma.
